I made my order for this product 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive an update on the delivery. I have emailed the company but have not received a response. At this point, I do not know if this company or product is real.

It said three to five business day shipping but I ordered it on August 6th and it still hasn't gotten here 3 weeks later and there's not any tracking information to look at yet either. I'm not impressed and I even emailed the company but didn't get a return email back.
